Mike Allen

Mike is the Director of Security at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. He joined the Mardi Gras team in 2006 and is responsible for the oversight of security and safety of Mardi Gras Casino & Hotel. Mike is also responsible for the oversight of all investigations and works with local law enforcement to resolve all investigations and the oversight of all key control for the property. Mike comes to Mardi Gras with more than 14 years of experience in the security and gaming industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University and has served as United States Marine Corp Helicopter Mechanic. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out and working on classic cars. Mike resides in St. Albans with his family.

Christopher Batog

Christopher is the Director of Surveillance at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. He joined the Mardi Gras team in 2009 and is responsible for the oversight of minimizing business risk by ensuring compliance with local legislation, internal policies and procedures, and the Minimum Internal Controls, set forth by the West Virginia Lottery. Christopher also oversees the operation, maintenance, and installation of all video and audio monitory and recording devices throughout the property. Christopher came to the Mardi Gras team with more than 17 years in the gaming and surveillance industry, and eight of those years he has been providing service to the Mardi Gras property. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science from Lake Superior State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and photography. Christopher resides in Charleston, WV with his wife, Elaine.

Steven Carrier

Steven is the Director of Facilities at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. He joined the Mardi Gras team in 1995 and is responsible for the oversight of environmental compliance and safety & health code compliance. Steve also is responsible for the oversight of property construction projects including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and property upkeep. Steven comes to the Mardi Gras team with more than 23 years in the maintenance and casino industry. Steven holds multiple certifications for his knowledge in electrical and plumbing work. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, riding ATVs, fishing and camping. Steven resides in Charleston, WV with his family.

Jessica Glenn

Jessica is the Director of Food and Beverage at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. She joined the Mardi Gras team in 1995 and is responsible for the oversight of all food and beverage operations including four full service bars, Louie’s Lounge, a state of the art sports betting location, the French Quarter, quick service locations, hotel room service, special events and offsite events utilizing the Mardi Gras mobile kitchen. Jessica holds a degree from the West Virginia Institute of Technology and is continuing her education at CIA, located in Hyde Park, New York. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids. Jessica resides in Frazier’s Bottom, WV with her family.

Philip Pinson

Philip is the Director of Gaming at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. He joined the Mardi Gras team in 2000 and is responsible for the oversight of all gaming operations including scheduling, staffing, game purchases, configurations and all layout designs. Philip also oversees all communications with the West Virginia Lottery Commission and any special projects that are assigned by Delaware North and the Mardi Gras President & General Manager.

Philip came to Mardi Gras with more than 20 years of experience in the casino gaming industry. Philip holds certifications from the United States Navy in Computer Science and communications. Philip is also enrolled in the Pinnacle II program hosted by Delaware North. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, doing repair work and being a family man. Philip resides in St. Albans, WV with his family. 

Adam West

Adam is the Director of Mutuels and Racing at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort. He joined the Mardi Gras team in August 1994 in the Security Department before moving on to work in the TV room. After 17 years in the TV room he moved to a supervisor of Mutuels, but when the opportunity presented itself, he moved down to the Racing Department as the Asst. Racing Secretary and eventually moved up to Racing Secretary. In 2021 he was promoted to Director of Mutuels/Racing and is responsible for the oversight of Mutuels and Racing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting and traveling. Adam resides in the Hurricane area with his wife and 3 boys.

David Morris

David Morris is the Regional Director of Marketing at Mardi Gras Casino Resort. He joined Delaware North and the Mardi Gras team in July of 2022 and oversees the Marketing Department, which includes player services, player development, marketing promotions and entertainment.

David started in the gaming business in 1996 as a line cook and then became a Table Games Dealer in Upstate New York. After moving to Las Vegas in 1999 to pursue other gaming opportunities, David then joined a new, up-and-coming gaming company where he moved into operational management. As the company grew, he advanced his career by opening properties and working in marketing and operations. In 2011, David moved to Pennsylvania which brought him closer to family and continued growth in the industry. The next step in his career brought him to Mardi Gras in his current role.

Outside of work, you can find David relaxing with family and doing odd projects at home. He loves karaoke, acting, swimming, crab legs and golfing when possible.
