Jason Wyant has been Director of Food and Beverage at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort for 5 successful years. He is responsible for the management of all 12 restaurants and bars at the casino and hotel making them into THE premier Nitro dining destination. Jason has over 12 years of food and beverage management experience.

An Ohio native, Jason has owned and managed several successful restaurants building quality brands and excellent guest experiences. While attending The Ohio State University, Jason operated restaurants from fine dining to landmark destinations in downtown Columbus. In addition to his duties at Mardi Gras, Jason has worked as a professor at the Marshall University Hospitality and Culinary school. Jason's commitment to customer service is unmatched and is vital to the success of Mardi Gras Casino & Resort.
