Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Robert Lagg currently serves as the General Manager of Mardi Gras West Virginia Casino and Resort located in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. Over the course of his long career, Robert has developed a great passion for gaming and always puts a great emphasis on service.
His knowledge and experience in the gaming industry includes serving as an inspector with the New Jersey Control Commission and as the casino manager at Mardi Gras' sister company in Florida. Robert has also been a unit manager for the Marriott Corporation.
Robert received a bachelor of science degree in criminology from the University of Tampa and a master's degree in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. As an avid runner, he completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 1993 and the New York Marathon in 1994. He has one daughter, Kristin, who is an elementary school teacher in Northfield, New Jersey.
